Organizational model under law-decree 231/2001

Along with our declared committment to enforce the Code of conduct, during 2011 Fiori Group's companies have adopted the Organizational model under law-decree n.231/2001, which has introduced administrative and penal liability for any type of law offense on companies' behalves.
The management board of Fiori Group's companies has endorsed the organizational model in a series of resolutions:

- Fiori metalli S.p.A., resolution 14 06 2011;

- Italmetalli S.r.l., resolution 14 06 2011;

- Italferro S.r.l., resolution 14 06 2011;

- Bologna Trasporti S.r.l., resolution 14 06 2011;

- Ekoroma S.r.l., resolution 13 06 2011.
The contents of the model acquired by Fiori Group meet the guide lines formulated by the sector's industrial associations; it is divided in a general section and a series of specialized parts, dealing with different kinds of law offense to be prevented.
